  1. Why should I use Manchester Phone Repair Centre for repair?
  • We strictly follow all quality industry standards to maintain, maximum level of efficiency and accuracy at work. We recruit highly qualified and trained technicians, use better diagnostic tools and advanced repairing equipments to ensure that best results are obtained after each repair service. Our technicians are skilled and trained enough to fix faults up to component level. Cracked Screen, Motherboard problem, Wi-Fi Connectivity issue, Unlocking of phone and many more issues are fixed with precision at our Manchester Phone Repair We charge you very low and return 80% of repair orders on the same day of receiving it (if deposited before noon).

 

  1. How much time is required to repair a device?
  • Each repair has different requirements for different types of devices, but we are able to fix the maximum number of Mobile Phone / Tablet / Laptop / Console repair issues in less than an hour. Exceptions are there with iPad screen replacements and if the magnitude of repair order is big.

 

  1. What things should I do before depositing my device at your store?
  • To get your device repaired quickly at our store:
  • Please back up all your phone/tab/laptop data.
  • Remove any screen lockings
  • If possible, charge the battery to at least 35%.
  • Remove the SIM card from the Phone.

 

  1. What type of device you repair?
  • Our, Manchester Phone Repair Centre is providing repair solutions to all brand Mobile phones, Tablets, Laptops and Game Consoles. Apple – iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook, Samsung Galaxy – Phone, NoteBook, Laptops, Tabs, HTC phones, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Motorola, BlackBerry, Sony gadgets are repaired effectively at very affordable prices.

 

  1. Is While-You-Wait service available at your centre?
  • We provide a While-You-Wait service at our store, which is conveniently located in Greater Manchester. You can either book an appointment through a Contact Us Page/ Call or can come to our store straight away. We repair your device then and there, while-you-wait.

 

  1. Do you offer any warranty on the device fixed?
  • Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on the parts replaced and on the workmanship. We stand by the quality standards and hence use only Grade-A parts and if not possible, to procure such parts, high quality standard parts are used in the device. Our warranty covers the defects or issues /faults that relate to the previous repairs performed by us and does not cover liquid & accidental damages. We do not provide any lifetime warranty on the repairs or parts replaced.

 

  1. In what ways do you accept payments?
  • We accept payments by Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Pay Pal. Our payment partner mainly is Barclay.

  • We offer a comprehensive Diagnostic service when you book a repair order with us.
